This piece
was composed to the celebration of summer solstice in Malm. It is a free
interpretation of music by Jacob van Eyck, who was both a flutist and played
the carillon. The music in question is the piece dŐLof-zangh Marie from Der
Fluyten lust-hof.
It was premiered by Annie Lnngren and Ida Hg (recorders) and Martin Hasselgren, carillon in Malm june 21, 2009.
