[Gud?] Eftertänksam musik – en visuell meditation / Thoughtful music – a visual meditation

This is not a concert. It is not a sermon or a play. Perhaps it is a kind of being, or a possibility to receive music and visual scenography in a moment of stillness, reflection and inspiration.The event consists of new music for voice, bass clarinet, organ and computer in combination of visual scenography with video, lights, shadow play and much more.

Klaverdal featured composer at Pytheas

Klaverdal is one of nine featured composers at Pytheas Centre for Contemporary Music at the web during august 2011 together with composers such as Peter Maxwell Davies, Pierre Shaeffer and Tina Davidsson. The centre strives to promote new music through information, understanding and performances and features nine different composers each month.

First performance by Øresund Brass Band

First performance of commission ”Music for Caves/A kind of rebirth” for brass band, evolving around survivors and victims in caves and mines. Performance by Øresund Brass Band conducted by Jonas Nydesjö in the concert ”Exploding Brass”, who also play new pieces by Daniel Hjorth and Ida Lundén.

Also live performance by Klaverdal and the other composers present with live remixes of other pieces during the same concert.
